Is Amon based off Amon goeth?

Okay so I dropped Tokyo ghoul a long time ago but this intrigues me so I thought I might as well make a theory on it

Could Amon be based of the nazi Amon goeth?

I feel as if it makes sense as the CCG is somewhat similar to nazis
